14-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every piece we create.

  • Your guarantee begins on the delivery date and covers manufacturing defects, structural issues, or material flaws
  • If a defect is confirmed, we'll repair, replace, or refund your piece at no cost to you
  • This guarantee is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price and constitutes your sole remedy

This guarantee reflects our craftsmanship standards and does not cover natural wood variations, inherent characteristics of handcrafted materials, or damage from misuse, improper assembly, alterations, normal wear, or accidents.

Returns

Because each piece is made specifically for your order, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.

Return eligibility requirements:

  • Request submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original condition with all original packaging
  • Item passes return inspection upon receipt
  • Proof of purchase provided

If your return is approved:

  • A restocking fee of 25–40% applies based on the item
  • Original delivery fees, assembly fees, and any promotional discounts are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and assumes all risk of loss or damage during return transit
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and non-refundable:

  • Custom, bespoke, or personalized pieces
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces

Delivery Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, all packaging materials, and the shipping label. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void your claim. We'll promptly arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as we determine appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Ashhaven's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or any damages arising from delay in delivery or inability to use the product
  • Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the purchase date
  • These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which your claim is based

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these policies or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in [Your State/County]. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
